Apartments site in Swords for sale for €1.8m-plus

Strategically located land on 3½ acres along Dublin Road is opposite Airside Retail Park


A high-profile apartment site on the opposite side of the road to the Airside Retail Park at Dublin Road in Swords goes on sale from today through CBRE at a guide price of more than €1.8 million.

The site extends to 1.43 hectares (3.5 acres) and is located less than 1.4km from the Swords town centre and 10km from Dublin city centre. The Metro North line is due to run along the south and east of the site, opening the way for the purchaser to look for a higher than usual density.

Kevin Hughes of Hughes Planning Consultants estimates that the Pinnock Hill lands may be able to accommodate between 100 and 120 apartments.

Robert Colleran of CBRE said the strategic location of the site, in an area with a growing population, should ensure considerable interest in what was a first-class development opportunity.
