Agents TWM have secured in excess of the €2 million guide price for the Bank of Ireland branch at Rathcoole, Co Dublin, which will give the new owner a net return of over 7 per cent.

The 405sq m (4,359sq ft) on the ground floor is let to the bank on a 25-year lease from January, 2007 at an annual rent of €150,398. The lease is subject to five yearly upwards-only rent reviews.
