€650,000 for Beacon offices

Allsop Space is seeking €650,000 for a partially occupied three-storey office building at The Mall in Beacon Court, Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Numbers 22 and 23 The Mall is comprised of two interlinked buildings over three levels with an overall floor area of 557.42sq m (6,000sq ft). Three of the office units, accounting for about 371sq m (4,000sq ft) are let on short leases and produce €38,848 per annum.
