Cable & Wireless, Ireland's largest supplier of communications services, has agreed a £2 million contract to supply telecoms services to the Merchants Group's new call centre in Cork.
The new centre is due to open in Cork in May and may eventually employ up to 600 people. The facility will service the British and pan-European markets and will employ 200 people initially.
