Servecentric targets €5m in turnover in 2023

Company has doubled cloud capacity to tap into demand for cloud services

Irish-owned cloud, connectivity and data centre services provider Servecentric is targeting €5 million in turnover this year following investment in its cloud capacity that will help it target growing demand for cloud and collocation services.

Servecentric, which is headquartered in a Tier III Data Centre facility in Dublin, has invested more than €100,000 in the past year in its capacity and enterprise class hardware. It plans to invest further this year, and expects to further grow its customer base over the coming months.

The growing cloud capacity has allowed the company to strengthen its offering for customers, enabling the company to develop and deliver ready to go platforms for developers, alongside its existing infrastructure as a service solution.

“The demand for cloud is rising and will continue to do so over the coming years. To meet this need, and to enable us to realise our aim of doubling our cloud business again between now and the end of 2024, we made the decision to enhance our cloud capacity and allocate more resources to deliver the best customer experience,” said Servecentric chief executive Brian Roe.

“Clients are looking for more support, better performance and greater scalability when it comes to cloud infrastructure and services. Our latest and ongoing investment in and expansion of our cloud capacity helps to ensure we provide unrivalled integrated cloud, colocation and connectivity services. In turn, this positions us to meet the needs of our customers and help them achieve their objectives.”

Servecentric has also applied for planning for a new data centre facility, which could significantly increase the company’s staff numbers and engineering team.
