Portadown goalkeeper Alison Vance has withdrawn from the Irish squad for personal reasons and will be unavailable for selection for July's European Nations' Cup qualifier in Helsinki. Coach Riet Kuper is now expected to call up one of the four goalkeepers on the under-21 panel - Sinead Sweeney (Harlequins), Avril Copeland (Loreto), Angela Platt (Ballymoney) and Paulene Smyth (North Down) - to compete with Hermes' Tara Browne and Sarah Hilliard for a place in the 16-player squad that travels to Finland.
