Shamrock Rovers put the pressure back on league leaders Bohemians with a 1-0 win over Galway United at Terryland Park.

Stephen Bradley moved Rovers to within four points of Pat Fenlon’s side with the 74th minute free-kick that wrong-footed Barry Ryan.

The game ended on a sour note for Rovers, however, after Pat Sullivan was shown a second yellow card.

Shane Guthrie was dismissed for the homeside five minutes before at halftime.
