SPL round-up: Prodigal son Derek Riordan scored the his first goal since returning to Hibernian to give his side a valuable win at Hamilton in the Scottish Premier League this afternoon.

After only his second game back the Scottish international striker came on as a first-half substitute and promptly scored the only goal of the game.

The former Darlington striker inexplicably handled Craig Conway's corner at the start of the second half and Francisco Sandaza scored expertly from the spot as the visitors won 1-0.

Leaders Rangers play at home to Motherwell tomorrow while Celtic will be at third-place Kilmarnock.
