FA Cup round-up: Two goals in the last eight minutes ensured Championship outfit Stoke a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup at the expense of battling Millwall.

The Lions are engaged in a fight against relegation in League One but put that behind them to push Tony Pulis' promotion hopefuls all the way at the Britannia Stadium.

City's John Eustace headed against the crossbar after 40 minutes but it was not until Marvin Elliott's 82nd-minute own-goal and Ricardo Fuller's strike five minutes later that the result was assured.

In the night's other match League Two side Bristol Rovers progressed with a 1-0 win over Hereford.

Just one point separates the sides in the league, with Graham Turner's Bulls just ahead of Paul Trollope's Rovers side.

Richard Walker was the matchwinner for the hosts, converting a 23rd-minute penalty following Wayne Brown's foul on Craig Disley.
