Celtic manager Gordon Strachan made two changes to the side which drew 0-0 at home against Dundee United in the league last week for the Scottish Cup quarter-final replay against Aberdeen at Parkhead.

Midfielder Massimo Donati replaced Evander Sno and striker Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink, who scored the injury-time equaliser in the first match at Pittodrie, came in for Georgios Samaras.

Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood made two changes from the side that beat Gretna 3-0 at home in the SPL at the weekend.

Veteran defender Jackie McNamara replaced the injured Jeffrey De Visscher and striker Darren Mackie came in for the injured Chris Maguire.
