RUGBY: Munster coach Tony McGahan has named a quartet of Ireland Grand Slam champions in his provisional 26-man squad ahead of the province's Magners League game away to Glasgow on Friday night.

Peter Stringer, Jerry Flannery, Tomas O’Leary and Mick O’Driscoll were all named in today’ squad,

However a number of Munster's Ireland stars, including the likes of Paul O’Connell, Ronan O’Gara and Donncha O’Callaghan, have been left out for the trip to Firhill.

Munster currently lead the Magners League with 40 points, three ahead of defending champions Leinster, while Glasgow are third from bottom.
