Ireland prop Marcus Horan has been cleared of alleged foul play during Munster's Heineken Cup victory over Llanelli Scarlets last weekend.

The Munster forward appeared before a disciplinary committee in Dublin today.  He had been cited by match commissioner Bill Dunlop for allegedly kicking Scarlets prop Deacon Manu during the Pool Five clash at Thomond Park.

But the independent committee, chaired by the Rugby Football Union's disciplinary officer Jeff Blackett, dismissed the citing.
