Rugby: Ulster welcome Stephen Ferris back for their Heineken Cup meeting with Biarritz at Ravenhill on Saturday (3.30pm).
The Ireland backrow’s introduction is one of two changes to the side that beat Treviso last weekend, with Dan Tuohy’s presence at the expense of Tim Barker in the secondrow the other.
Ferris will operate alongside Willie Faloon on the openside and Pedrie Wannenburg at number eight, while captain Rory Best is in the frontrow with Tom Court and BJ Botha.
The halfback partnership of Ruan Pienaar and Ian Humphreys remains, as does the rest of the backline Nevin Spence and Paddy Wallace in the centre, Simon Danielli and Andrew Trimble on the wings and Adam D’Arcy at fullback.
Qualification for the quarter-finals is very much in the homeside’s hands and win that denied their Basque counterparts a losing bonus would see them leapfrog into first ahead of a final trip to Italy to face Aironi.
