Rugby – Team News:Gordon D'Arcy has recovered from a calf strain and will form a centre partnership alongside Brian O'Driscoll for Leinster's final Heineken Cup Pool 2 game away to Racing-Métro 92 tomorrow night.
D’Arcy was a late fitness concern after he missed out on last week’s comprehensive 43-20 win over Saracens, a result which guaranteed Leinster’s place in the quarter-finals with a pool game to spare.
The only other change to the backline sees Isaac Boss return to the starting XV alongside Jonathan Sexton in the halfback partnership.
In a dead rubber match for Leinster, Jamie Heaslip wasn’t named in the match day 22. The number eight’s ankle injury will be monitored, not only by the province’s medical staff but also by Irish management ahead of the Six Nations campaign.
Shane Jennings will make his 50th Heineken Cup appearance and will become the 14th Leinster player to reach such a landmark - combined games for Leinster (32 caps) and Leicester Tigers (17).
Jennings joins team-mates Shane Horgan (83), D’Arcy (73), O’Driscoll (71), Leo Cullen (68) and Nathan Hines (57).
Fresh from his call up to Declan Kidney’s Six Nations squad, Rhys Ruddock comes into the backrow alongside Sean O’Brien and Jennings, who both committed their futures to the province earlier this week.
Mike Ross continues in the frontrow alongside Richardt Strauss and Cian Healy.
A doubt remains over Eoin O’Malley due to illness and a decision on his availability will be made closer to kick off with Ian Madigan named as cover.
Kick-off at Stade Yves du Manoir tomorrow is 8pm Irish time.
