Rugby:Former Leinster outhalf Felipe Contepomi will captain an experienced Argentina side in Saturday's World Cup warm-up against Wales at the Millennium Stadium.

Contepomi is joined by the likes of fellow seasoned campaigners Rodrigo Roncero, Mario Ledesma and Juan Fernandez Lobbe as the Pumas prepare for a World Cup pool in New Zealand that also includes England and Scotland.

Argentina coach Santiago Phelan has already named his 30-man squad for the tournament, and Saturday’s side is thought to be the one he hopes to field against England in Dunedin on September 10th.

The Pumas will conclude their preparations by facing English club Worcester next week.
