Uncapped Harlequins scrumhalf Danny Care has been called into England's training squad ahead of the Six Nations clash against Scotland at Murrayfield on Saturday week.

Care is the solitary addition to a 30-man group that will assemble in Bath on Sunday evening.

The 21-year-old has been in outstanding form for his club, and is currently keeping England's World Cup scrumhalf Andy Gomarsall out of the side.

Care will start tomorrow's Guinness Premiership clash against leaders Gloucester at the Twickenham Stoop, with Gomarsall on the bench.

Care joins fellow scrumhalves Richard Wigglesworth, who made his first Test start against France last weekend, and Paul Hodgson on England training duty.
