FAI quarter-final replay/Rockmount v Waterford Utd: Having taken a little longer than anticipated to get away from Florida due to hurricane winds, Rockmount manager Billy Cronin finally gets to take charge of his side for tonight's Carlsberg-sponsored FAI cup quarter-final replay at Turner's Cross.

Cronin has spent the past couple of days acquainting himself with developments during his absence and must be rather pleased with the cup run put together under the guidance of his assistant Ciarán O'Sullivan.

After one viewing of a video of Friday's 2-2 draw in Waterford, however, he's aware of the belief that the Cork side should already be into the last four and is fearful that their chance to get there may have passed with the referee's decision to disallow what looked a good late winner by Pat Keane at the RSC.

"There's certainly a feeling that we should have been in the semis," he says.

"But there's nothing we can do about it now. The plus side is that we've seen how we can get at them and we'll look to do that again in this game but the fact is that they've had a bit of a warning and I'd expect it to be even harder in the replay."

Waterford United manager Alan Reynolds shares the general consensus that Keane's late goal probably should have been allowed to stand but isn't complaining.

Having seen his side surrender a two-goal lead to the non-league outfit he is determined that his side do much better this time around.

Waterford will have to cope without former Limerick defender Pat Purcell, however, with the centre half having been forced out of Friday's game with ankle ligament problems.

On the brighter side, however, Vinny Sullivan and Wayne Fitzgerald are available again while Edwin Buckley (shin injury) is the only absentee from the home side's line-up.
