Yesterday's meeting at Redcar was abandoned following an 8 a.m. inspection. The course was deemed unfit for racing.

Clerk of the course John Gundill said: "There is one particularly heavy part on the approach to the bend. Rain overnight worsened the situation, leaving the course unfit for racing."
