FINN HARPS v KILKENNY CITY

Robbie Brunton is the latest arrival at Kilkenny from Dublin and the former Sligo Rovers defender may well make his debut at Ballybofey this evening when Pat Byrne's side will be looking to bounce back from their defeat at the hands of the champions. Mike Kerley and Tommy Byrne both received prolonged attention during that game for cuts to their heads but both are fit to play.

Graham O'Hanlon and Fergal Harkin are both available for the hosts again, leaving manager Gavin Dykes with something of a selection problem in midfield.

Both could be thrown straight back in as Dykes looks to secure a second win of the season from a meeting with one of the division's lesser sides.

Sunday

CORK CITY v DERRY CITY (12.0)

Colin O'Brien looks set to return to the home side's starting line-up as Derek Moutfield attempts to retain some width during the absence through injury of Ollie Cahill who broke his nose last week.

Otherwise the team is unlikely to be much changed from the side that drew 0-0 with Longford Town last week with Mountfield simply having to hope that the current group of players can start scoring the goals required to win rather than draw games.

For City, Liam Coyle (knee) and Eamon Doherty (hamstring) are both doubts for manager Kevin Mahon but having done well against Bohemians last Thursday week, Derry are also likely to field close to the same team tomorrow.

Last season: Derry 1 Cork 0, Cork 0 Derry 0, Derry 1 Cork 4.

Recent league form: Cork: WWDDD; Derry: LLDWW.

Leading scorers: Cork: Herrick, O'Brien and Flanagan 1 each; Derry: Hargan, Beckett, McCaul and Coyle 1 each.

Betting: Home: 8/11, draw: 9/4, away: 100/ 30.

Referee: R O'Hanlon (Waterford).
