Celitc League: Munster have named a 25-man squad for Saturday night's Magners Celtic League encounter against the Ospreys at Thomond Park. Understandably, it remains significantly under strength with Marcus Horan out injured and a further seven players on international duty.

Barry Murphy has been included but still retains an outside chance making Eddie O'Sullivan's bench for Sunday's game against the Pacific Islanders at Lansdowne Road.

Anthony Horgan returns from a knee injury, while the squad does boast several players with aspirations of regaining a place in the Irish squad for the Six Nations and beyond. Alan Quinlan and Mick O'Driscoll would top this list.

Connacht have been dealt a severe blow with experienced winger Matt Mostyn set to be out of action for up to 10 weeks after breaking his leg against Cardiff in the opening minute of their Magners League clash.
