GAELIC GAMES/WOMEN'S FOOTBALL:VALERIE MULCAHY bagged 1-8 as Cork claimed a fourth successive Bord Gáis Energy Ladies National Football League Division 1 at Parnell Park on Saturday.

Mulcahy was in scintillating form as the Rebelettes pulled away from a spirited Laois outfit in the final quarter to secure a 4-15 to 3-9 victory.

In the Division Two decider, Sinéad Aherne scored nine points as Dublin claimed a comfortable 3-15 to 2-9 victory .
