Midfielder Thomas Morgan, a first team regular in St Patrick's Athletic's championship winning side last season, had his request to go on the transfer list granted yesterday. He joins Keith Long and Robbie Devereux in the club's shop window.

Morgan, a member of the Irish under-20 panel in Malaysia a couple of years ago, is likely to attract interest from a couple of managers.

Alan Kirby, who also played in Malaysia, became the latest of that squad to return home yesterday. The Aston Villa midfielder joined Waterford United and may start tomorrow evening's game against Bohemians.
