Schools' matchThe Leinster Schools completed a quickfire double over the Gloucestershire Schools at Stradbrook yesterday with a team that had 14 changes from that which easily won the first game between the sides.
Indeed, it looked as though it would be just as emphatic the second time around as Leinster shot to a 14-0 lead inside 17 minutes.
First, centre Jonathan Harris-Wright got over from a pick and drive at the line. And he was soon over again after fast ruck ball exhausted the Gloucestershire pack for him to knife through a wide-open defence. Outhalf Killian Lett converted for the second time.
In the space of three minutes after the break, Gloucestershire's impressive replacement Jack Adams and his centre partner Ollie Mansbridge burst over for tries and George Hughes converted the latter to make Leinster work for their win.
