Jim Kirwan is the man in form at Carrick-on-Suir golf club. Kirwan won the nine-hole singles last weekend with 23 points, which also included a hole in one at the par-three 166-metre second hole. The 13 handicapper then followed up by winning the final outing of the Clodiagh Golf Society on Monday with a great score of 42 points. Kirwan, who plays left handed, comes from the nearby Clonea Parish.
