Intermediate School Killorglin advanced to the knockout stages of the Corn Ui Mhuiri after holding out against arch rivals St Brendan's College, Killarney at rain-swept Cromane yesterday.

Ross Sheahan with four frees, Donal Kelliher with two magnificent points from play and Liam Sheahan with three more saw Killorglin hold a massive lead at half-time, 0-10 to 0-1.
