Irish in form

Leicester extended their lead at the top of the Zurich Premiership with a victory over Bath

Leicester extended their lead at the top of the Zurich Premiership with a victory over Bath. Ireland's Geordan Murphy was on the right wing for the winners while Kevin Maggs continued his impressive run of club form with another excellent game in the Bath midfield.

It was his strong run that paved the way for a try by scrumhalf Gareth Cooper. Justin Bishop started on a wing for London Irish in their one-point win over Wasps but the Exiles' significant contributor was outhalf Barry Everitt. The former Leinster and Munster interpro kicked three penalties in a 14-13 victory.
