Bidding is expected to start at a relatively modest $25,000 for Ben Hogan's last motor-car, a 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham with only 18,000 miles on the clock. Hogan, who died in 1997, rarely drove the car other than to his office, home or country club.

His estate have agreed that it be auctioned for the benefit of a local children's charity. Hogan remained loyal to Cadillac, which was the car he and his wife, Valerie, escaped from after a near-fatal accident in 1949.
