On the night before the Besiktas defender was due to line out for his club against Kocaelispor, he felt a bit peckish so ordered kokorec, grilled sheep's intestine, like you do. Some hours later, Eren was rushed to hospital with severe abdominal pains and had his tummy pumped out. His manager, Nevio Scala, wasn't too sympathetic either.
