Ireland flanker Simon Easterby was yesterday taken to hospital with a nasty eye injury - thought to be a cut to the inside of his eyelid.
He sustained the injury just 20 minutes into the game between his club Llanelli and Wasps at Causeway Stadium following a forceful hand-off by Lawrence Dallaglio.
The club were last night awaiting a medical update.
