Craig White will be flogging his own body for a change in October when he takes on a trek in Nepal. The Irish Rugby Football Union fitness coach intended originally to do the mountain trek from October 12th and then run the Dublin marathon on October 30th - suitably flushed with high altitude blood.

However date changes allow him now only to take on the mountain on October 26th for "Fighting Blindness" where he hopes to raise a minimum of £2,500. Potential sponsors, Craig says, will not be turned away.
