Ulster Club FC Quarter-final/Cargin 0-12 Clontibret 1-9: Clontibret are worried about the welfare of their half forward Niall Malone who was hospitalised yesterday following an injury at Casement Park.

Concerns surrounded whether Malone suffered a dislocated disc in his neck following an incident some 10 minutes before the end of the game.

The other Clontibret player who was hospitalised, Darach Mooney, was released last night.

He was suffering from concussion and only learned at the hospital that he had been red -carded in the match. The replay is set for Clones next Sunday.
