Professional boxing on a regular basis in Dublin is likely to be established in the next few months following yesterday's launch of TIP (Team Ireland Productions).

The promotional company, headed by the well-known Dublin businessman, Syl McClean promised that Irish professionals such as Michael Carruth, Paul Griffin, Jim Rock and Paschal Collins would be seen in action with topclass British and American opponents being attracted to venues such as The Point and the National Basketball Arena.
