Dennis Bergkamp will meet Arsenal executives next month in a bid to hammer out a new contract, with the Dutch striker yesterday insisting he wants to stay at Highbury.

Bergkamp has set a date for the contract talks and on his personal website played down reports he is ready to quit the club after being left on the bench for several matches already this season.
