Ray O’Loughlin - Accountancy
Ray O’Loughlin has been teaching Accounting and Economics on a full-time basis in The Institute of Education for the last 9 years, having taught previously for over 25 years in a convent secondary school.
Ray has been a regular contributor to the Irish Independent and the Irish Times Exam Times last year. He has also written a number of articles for various business publications during his years of teaching.

He is the author of “Graded Accounting Questions “for Leaving Cert published by Gill and Macmillan in 2011.
William Murphy - Business
William Murphy teaches Business at The Institute of Education, Dublin. He is the author of the Leaving Certificate textbook, “21st Century Business”. He is a regular contributor to newspaper articles and radio programmes on Leaving Cert Business.
He is a former Schoolteacher Fellow at Trinity College, Dublin. William previously taught accounting in DCU and has extensive experience lecturing throughout Ireland for a number of professional accountancy bodies including Chartered Accountants Ireland. He has also lectured in Taxation at the National College of Ireland.
Arthur Russell - Economics
Arthur Russell has been an Accounting and Business Studies teacher at The Institute of Education for over 35 years. A Commerce graduate, he has written articles for many publications including Business and Finance. Arthur has also been an advisor to the authors of a number of Leaving Certificate Accounting books.
