The majority of respondents say social media is used in their organisation

75 per cent of respondents say there is a whistleblowing policy in their organisation, and 73 per cent claim whistleblowers are protected. However, only 50 per cent of respondents say there is a whistleblowing mechanism, such as a hotline, in place.

88 per cent of respondents report that mental health is supported

28 per cent of respondents state that managers have undertaken mental-health training while 49 per cent of respondents say they have not
