By completing this process you will permanently lose access to all data and history for your account. You will no longer be able to use features that require an Irish Times account. This cannot be undone.
What to expect
If there is an Irish Times subscription associated with the email you provide, you will need to include a subscription cancellation request and have your subscriber benefits end as part of this process. Please note that your data will be deleted upon your subscription end date.
After your account has been deleted and your subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer be able to log into The Irish Times products using this account. These products include but are not limited to full access to News, Archives, Crosswords & Puzzles, Subscriber Only content , ePaper and other content and services. You will also stop receiving newsletters and marketing emails to this account’s email address if you select those options.
You will be asked to validate this request by email confirmation, which will be sent to the email submitted via this form. Once you have completed this confirmation, you will receive a case number from our Customer Care team and confirmation when the data and history for this account will be deleted.
If this account has a monthly subscription associated with it, this process can take up to 30 days to complete depending on your next renewal date. If this account has an annual subscription associated with it, your account and subscription access will only be deleted after your subscription renewal date.
