The award-winning actor and his wife were found dead in their New Mexico home

Actor Gene Hackman, who won two Oscars in a more-than-60-year career, has died alongside his wife, pianist Betsy Arakawa, at their home, the sheriff’s office in Santa Fe, New Mexico, said on Thursday.
A statement from the sheriff said deputies had found the actor (95) and Arakawa (64) dead on Wednesday afternoon. Foul play is not suspected, the statement added.
