Sir, – It beggars belief that we have an agency dedicated to the defence of children and child abuse that is in such disarray – and that puts it mildly. This is an institution with a staggering staff of 4,000 people that has consistently failed to even provide the most basic protection to our vulnerable citizens. Where are the basic standards that we might expect and where is the accountability when these standards are not met? – Yours, etc,
