Sir, – Noting Mark FitzGerald's letter containing suggestions for repurposing Dublin Port for housing (February 16th), I am unsurprised by the writer's enthusiasm for such a proposal, given the obvious benefits arising for himself and his company Sherry FitzGerald, so it would be unfair perhaps to ask for complete objectivity. But I'd ask what expertise does an estate agent have in the complex and specialised world of port management? – Yours, etc,
