Sir, – It is gratifying to learn that there will be tax incentives to encourage older people to downsize. Some time ago I went for one of those recommended health checks. Filling out the forms, a nurse asked me what height I was. When my actual height was measured, her response was, “You wish”. I had somehow lost several centimetres over a number of years. I am wondering if I would be eligible for the downsizing incentives? – Yours, etc,
