Sir, – I refer to the concerns expressed by a letter writer (June 1st) regarding the constant appearance of the president of Sinn Féin in The Irish Times.
As a former member of the same party (and there are quite a few of us), I can heartily assure your correspondent that he has nothing to fear from Sinn Féin.
