Sir, – I would like to compliment Louise Ní Chríodáin for her article "Changing the story of how we feel and think about ourselves" (Health & Family, December 16th). It was packed full of practical exercises that can improve our relationship with ourselves, and with other people.
It should be required reading for every person in the country. – Yours, etc,
