Sir, – It’s that time of year again when parents and students will be complaining about the weight of school bags. The usual bag is a rucksack carried on the back. One of the most wonderful inventions in all of human history was the wheel. And so the normal kind of bag carried by air travellers, including children, is the wheelie case.
