Sir, – The splendid photograph of the Class 1 yachts on the front page of Sports Saturday (September 4th) places them in stark contrast to the two Poolbeg chimneys in the background. The latter are weather-beaten and ugly. Please paint them – or do what the ESB did to the row of 16 Georgian houses on Fitzwilliam Street in the 1960s! – Yours, etc,
