Madam, - I suggest that there be smoking pubs, where bar staff and customers smoke, and non-smoking pubs where staff and customers don't, and a complete ban on smoking where food is served - restaurants, canteens and cafés.
I do not know of anyone who freqents a restaurant for the smoking experience. But I do feel smokers should have a place, together with their fellow-smokers only, to be allowed to slowly kill themselves, age quickly and smell awful. - Yours, etc.,
