Madam, - When Garret FitzGerald described the Sandyford Luas as having "dangly bits at the end" he was of course referring its lack of integration with other forms of transport. It seems obvious to me therefore that the Luas should run down Dawson Street, then swing right and continue to Pearse Street DART station. It could then run up Pearse which is sufficiently wide as opposed to the skinny bit at the end of Grafton Street.

A stop could be located beside the Westin hotel where there is a disused public toilet and from there it could continue to O'Connell Street and maybe the airport. - Yours, etc.,
