Sir, – In terms of getting it all together cleverly, engagingly, amusingly, Hilary Fannin ("I'm pulling the Goop plug – no jade eggs are going in my yoni", July 28th), and by a country mile, is out on her yonio. And, in the week, making it a double-strike for female humour, we had earlier read of the rise-and-rise of a debutante Jean Farrell, aged 66, embarking on a career as a stand-up comic, no less (Life & Style, July 28th).
