Sir, – It’s bad enough having to get used to the new Omicron variant, but if several TV and radio commentators are to be believed, it would seem that Omicron has already mutated, through the addition of the letter “n” into the middle of the word.
For the sake of my blood pressure, could I remind them that the word is Omicron, not Omnicron. – Yours, etc,
