Sir, - I have just had the experience of waiting almost 40 minutes, on an extremely wet night, for the supposed every-twenty-minutes Nitelink service This is the second time in a week that I have been left waiting for a non-existent service that has been advertised with such a flourish by Dublin Bus.
I have complained to Dublin Bus but I doubt if I will get a response. In my experience Dublin Bus does not care about its customers, and is not interested in their complaints. - Yours, etc.,
