Sir, – Your front page (July 20th) features a photograph of a giraffe calf and her mother.
The caption advises that the zoo is looking for a name for the calf “based on the animal’s country of origin”. Unless Dublin Zoo is being entirely non-PC that means an Irish name. I’d like to propose Eileeeeen. – Yours, etc,
